Bob Welch’s 33rd Honorary Degree

Brethren of the Scottish Rite, please join RWB Bob Welch as he receives his 33rd Degree at the Cincinnati Masonic Center. This event is open to the public and will be held at 4:30pm. Attending Officers are expected to arrive at 3:30pm. We hope all can be there.
