Fraternal Greetings, Brethren!

I hope everyone is having a great summer so far. Milford Lodge has been very busy in June. After our stated meeting, we hosted a memorable Table Lodge, raised 3 brothers to the degree of Master Mason at the Grand Master’s One Day class at the Dayton Masonic Center, and passed another brother to the degree of Fellowcraft. Our mentors have been hard at work assisting our candidates with their proficiencies. At our July Stated Meeting, a brother returned his Fellowcraft proficiency, 2 brothers returned their Master Mason proficiencies, all found favorable by the brethren present. We scheduled a Master Mason degree for July 28th. We will be contacting members in the coming days to assemble our Fellowcraft Team.

Our Annual Lodge Picnic is coming up on Saturday, July 18th at Paxton Ramsey Park at 1pm. It’s open to all members and their families. We will be supplying hot dogs and burgers. We ask that guests attending bring a covered dish that can be shared. Getting our brothers and their families together for these types of events always create lasting memories. We hope you will consider joining us.

We will be going dark in August to allow for our hard working brethren to enjoy some of the summer with their loved ones. The only event scheduled in August is th Deputy Grand Master’s Rollout Program that we be held at Amelia Lodge on Saturday, August 15th, at 1pm. It’s a great opportunity for you to get an idea of what is to come for the upcoming Masonic Year. There is also a link available on Grandview for anyone interested in attending Grand Lodge’s 217th Annual Communication on Friday, October 16th in Dayton, from 8am-3pm. The cutoff for registration for that weekend’s events are September 15th. We hope you will consider attending alongside our Lodge Officers.

I hope everyone is having a safe and fun summer. As always, if anyone is ever in need of any assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m grateful for each and every one of you.

Fraternally Yours,

Brad Bukauskas

Worshipful Master
